Some of our favourite features of Xero are:
Bank feeds and bank reconciliation: Xero has the ability to import your bank transactions daily by setting up the bank feeds, ready for you to reconcile each day, saving you time so that you don’t have to manually input each bank transaction.
Files: This feature gives you the ability to store files in Xero and share files in real-time. Use the files uploaded in Xero as supporting documents to an invoice, contacts, and bank reconciliations.
Sales and purchase overviews: The overview screen helps provide a quick snapshot of your sales and purchases at any given time, helping you stay on top of your invoicing and following up debtors.
Invoicing: This feature gives you the ability to work smarter by invoicing customers from your phone or desktop as soon as the job is done.
Bank rules: Set up rules for recurring transactions to help save you time when it comes to bank reconciliations.
Multiple device compatibility: Access your Xero file anywhere, anytime from your smartphone or desktop.
